Manage multiple collections in My Art Collection 3.0 Professional

To manage multiple collections please do the following:


Create a new Collection:
1. Go to File/New and save a new collection file to your hard drive. Name it something unique so you know what it is.


Opening a collection file:
1. Go to File/Open and locate the collection file on your computer to open.


NOTE: the program comes with a default collection file that will once every time you open the software. Once that collection file is open you can go to File/Open and open a new file. Once a new file is open the default file can be closed. If only one file is open and you close the last file the software will also close.
